My name is Lori Frankfort, and I am a Broker Associate based in Studio City at Keller Williams Realty. Prior to joining Keller Williams I was an agent at Re/Max Hollywood Hills, and Re/Max Lake Arrowhead.
I currently hold certifications in California as a Realtor with a California Broker’s License and I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. While at Re/Max I was awarded as a Top Producer for the office.
I ONLY represent Buyers. What this means for my clients is that I’m not busy marketing a listing, nor am I trying to push my own listings. I am spending my time looking for your DREAM HOME. I have an average search-time representing Buyers of 45 days. I spend the time required to understand what my Buyers are looking for, and then I find it. I don’t send my Buyers out on their own to hunt and peck.
I don’t employ high-pressure sales tactics, and the majority of my clients comment on how pleasurable that made the experience for them. My honest and positive attitude towards my work helps to make the transactions complete smoothly. A great agent can remain calm and friendly throughout the transaction while still being firm and effective for their clients in negotiation and guidance through the process.
I am extremely detail-oriented and handle every aspect of the transaction hands-on. There will never be a surprise in any of my transactions.
I grew up in Houston, Texas and went to school in Austin. I moved to California from Texas in 1997 to pursue a career in the music business. I worked in the music business as an A&R Manager for an independent record label prior to starting my career in real estate. My husband is a Record Producer and Film Composer. I have two dogs, three children, and I currently live in Toluca Lake.
