My name is Lori Frankfort, and I am a Broker Associate based in Studio City at Keller Williams Realty on Ventura Boulevard. Prior to joining Keller Williams I was an agent at Re/Max in Hollywood Hills.

I currently hold certifications as a Realtor with a California Broker's License, Accredited Buyer's Representative and Quality Service Certification. While at Re/Max I was awarded as a Top Producer for the office, as well as the Re/Max 100% Club award, both based on sales volume.

I have a ratio of 70% Buyers to 30% Listings represented. I have an average search-time representing Buyers of 30 days. I spend the time required to understand what my Buyers are looking for, and then I find it. I don't send my Buyers out on their own to hunt and peck. The typical marketing time for my Listings is 45-60 days.

I don't employ high-pressure sales tactics, and the majority of my clients comment on how pleasurable that made the experience for them. My friendly and positive attitude towards my work helps to make the transactions complete smoothly. I don't have an adversarial relationship with other agents - we all have the same goals in mind. It's a common misconception that a successful agent must be aggresive and confrontational. A good agent can remain calm and friendly throughout the transaction while still being firm and effective for their clients in negotiation and guidance through the process.

I am extremely detail-oriented and handle every aspect of the transaction hands-on. There will never be a surprise in my transaction.

I grew up in Houston, Texas and went to school in Austin. I moved to California from Texas in 1997 to pursue a career in the music business. I worked in the music business as an A&R Manager for an independent record label prior to starting my career in real estate. My husband is a Record Producer and Film Composer. I have three dogs, boy / girl fraternal twin babies, and I currently live in Toluca Lake.

In my off-time I enjoy writing music, gardening, and photography.
