so that I can help find my clients' dream homes. You can browse
my recently sold homes and see that
the majority were my buyers' purchases.
A buyer's representative has many responsibilities that a listing agent does not. The buyer's agent is expected to assist the buyer in finding a home, as well as many tasks after the contract has been accepted. The buyer's agent arranges to hire the companies that complete investigations on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, Pest Report, Home Inspection, Chimney Inspection, Sewerline Inspection, Mold and Asbestos Inspection, Title Reports and Natural Hazard Disclosures. An experienced buyer representative knows how to identify potential problems, even while showing a home for the first time. They also assist the buyer in finding a lender or mortgage broker and communicating with that person from day one, ensuring that the escrow process moves along and closes timely. I work well with first-time buyers, and I am patient in explaining every step of the process to ensure the buyers' comfort. I am constantly seeking to improve my knowledge, keeping up to date with current real estate issues and news. In order to assist my buyers to the best of my ability, I was recently certified as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®). ACCREDITED
