Welcome to California Is Beautiful, the first stop to buying or selling your new home in our beautiful state. California is an incredible place to live, and on the whole is a great place to invest money in real estate.
I am a Broker Associate and Accredited Buyer's Representative with Keller Williams Realty, representing buyers and sellers of single-family homes in the Los Angeles area; specializing in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Valley Village, Toluca Lake and Hollywood Hills. I primarily represent Buyers, though I do have a listing occasionally.
I am a member of the Beverly Hills / Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, and the Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council. I have been selling homes since I was first licensed in 2003. I worked in the Lake Arrowhead area until 2005, at which time I relocated to Los Angeles. I was licensed as a Broker in 2007. I have no disciplinary actions on my record, and many many satisfied clients happy to serve as my references.
My no-pressure approach to home buying and selling helps to make a usually intense process more calm. I am organized and efficient, eliminating the last-minute surprises that tend to surround real estate transactions. My focus is providing a level of service that results in the full satisfaction and confidence of my clients.
For me, the process of finding the perfect home for my clients is a passion, and it is the reason I do what I do. Many of my clients have been "first-timers", and I'm happy to hold your hand through the process. I'm the type of person that doesn't like surprises, so I don't expect my clients to either. We will discuss the entire process in advance, and I have cheat sheets to help you along the way. I will be there when you sign your escrow documents, and I will be there when you move-in.
