Goals:
1. To end the violent killing of over one billion animals each year.
2. To free virtually every humane society world wide of their most expensive problem – animal overpopulation.
3. To prevent the deaths of the 55,000 people who die every year from being bitten by overpopulated, rabid stray dogs.
4. To provide developing nations and low income individuals with an affordable alternative to costly surgical animal sterilization.
5.  To enable agencies to reduce their use of inhumane animal overpopulation control methods, the most common being poison, which has many negative effects such as killing non-targeted animals, as well as people.
